"the following body of work is centered around a year long survey of the eccentric friendship forged by three twenty-somethings and their first steps from home. taken over seven years ago and shot on a hand-me-down point-and-shoot, these images are intended to operate as straight and often intimate snapshots. additionally, the featured photos work to consider my own first steps within the photographic practice and early development as a fledgling 'artist.'"
